Terms of sale

The studio sells software: tools for 3D, and an application. Each listing states what the product contains, its version and its price; the price shown is the price charged.

The products are digital: they are delivered immediately, and cannot be taken back or exchanged once downloaded, unless a defect is established.

Orders are placed in the account area, after signing up. Payment is by card through Stripe: the studio neither sees nor keeps your card number.

The order is recorded with its date, the product, the price and the transaction identifier. It serves as an invoice.

Delivery is immediate: as soon as the payment is confirmed, the product appears in your account area, where you download it. New versions and fixes are published in the same place.

The purchase grants you a right of use of the product bought, personal or professional, with no time limit. It does not allow you to redistribute the product, resell it, or embed it in a product you distribute.

The products are delivered in the state the studio publishes them, and are tested before going online. The studio's liability is limited to replacing a defective product.

Using the tools is the buyer's responsibility: the studio cannot answer for damage caused by a render made with one of its tools.

Each listing states the published version. Updates are free within the current version; a change of major version may carry a distinct price, announced in advance.

The products are digital content supplied immediately and with your consent: the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them.

If a product does not match its listing, or if it is defective, write to antik.studiofr@gmail.com: the studio will fix or replace it.

The data collected for an order is processed as described in the privacy policy. It is used for delivery, for the licence and for the accounts — and for nothing else.
