Personal data
Privacy policy
What data this site collects, why it collects it, how long it keeps it, and how to exercise your rights.
Data controller
Antik Studio FR is responsible for the processing described on this page. Contact: antik.studiofr@gmail.com
The data collected
The site asks only for what the account area needs to work:
- the e-mail address and password you choose;
- order and licence details: product, price, date, transaction identifier;
- session technical data: a session cookie, and the IP address kept in the server logs.
No audience measurement tool, no advertising tracker, no geolocation.
Why this data
Each datum has a single use, and it is the service you expect:
- the e-mail address and password, to sign you in and protect your account;
- the order details, to deliver the product, issue the licence and keep the accounts;
- the session cookie, to keep you signed in from page to page.
None of this data is used for advertising, and none of it is passed on to third parties for that purpose.
Service providers
A few technical services process data on the studio's behalf:
- Supabase (Supabase, Inc., United States) — accounts, database, e-mails;
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) — hosting, file storage, cache;
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc., United States) — payment;
- Vimeo (Vimeo, Inc., United States) — playback of the portfolio's videos.
Each one receives only what it needs to do its work, and remains bound by its own confidentiality obligations.
Transfers outside the European Union
The providers above are established in the United States: the data is therefore processed outside the European Union. They apply the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, the framework provided for such transfers.
Cookies
The site sets a single cookie: the session cookie, which keeps you signed in and expires when the browser closes. It is neither an advertising nor an audience measurement cookie. No consent banner is therefore needed — and there is nothing to accept.
How long
Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. If you delete it, the data is erased — except for invoices: French law requires sales records to be kept for ten years.
The server's technical logs are kept for a few weeks, then erased.
Your rights
At any time you can ask for access to your data, have it corrected, ask for it to be deleted, obtain a portable copy of it, or object to its processing.
